When
When the Neun collides with a Photon both will combine to make a Pheun (/fuːn/). A Pheun is a partical which can not go under the speed of light, however it is not a tachyon as it still needs energy to gain speed, when a Pheun losses enegry it will immedietly decay into a Neun and a Photon. As the Pheun acts nearly identically to the photon it can be used in all ways photon are used. The Pheun's spead is a result of it bending spacetime in order to move faster than light
